Our prices are regularly checked against our competitors' to ensure we offer value for money. However, in case any have slipped the net, we offer a Price Guarantee and will beat any other price you can show us for the same product, so you have nothing to lose!
If, within 7 Days of receiving the products, you decide they are not what you were expecting, contact us and we will arrange collection and credit *. The only thing we ask is that you cover the cost of transport each way and that you wrap the goods well to ensure they are in a saleable condition to receive the credit.

Your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide prompt service to every customer, with the best independent advice, quality products and the lowest prices. Furthermore, we do not just offer excellent products; we also have teams of professional fitters available to install them for you.
We will acknowledge every order as soon as possible after receipt (during normal working hours), with a confirmed cost and anticipated delivery date. If the order detail is not acceptable, contact us by return and we will try to resolve any problems. If we cannot resolve them to your satisfaction, you can cancel the order without charge.
All orders in excess of £99.00 net are Delivered Free* of standard carriage charges so the price you see is the price you pay (U.K. mainland only, excludes the Highlands, Islands, and Eire & Northern Ireland).

In the majority of cases, delivery is normally 3-5 working days and some products are Next Day. Because of our enormous range of products, on rare occasions it can take up to 3 weeks. However, help is at hand, if you have an urgent requirement, please contact us and we will try our best to improve on this.
We do not use automated call handling; we believe in providing traditional quality customer service and trained staff answer all phone calls during normal business hours. If a line is busy you should be diverted to another person waiting to help you.
To save you time we will give you direct access to the relevant departments and respond to all requests as quickly and efficiently as is humanly possible.
Of course we cannot get everything right all of the time but every complaint we receive is examined in depth to determine the error, corrective action is taken and we then review our work practises to prevent reoccurrence.
