Free Delivery

On all orders in excess of £99.00 net, the price you see is the price you pay.
Standard Delivery is Free (exc Highlands and Islands), unfortunately orders below £99 may incur a small order handling charge of £9.90.
Some of our products are available with special priority delivery, if you have a specific delivery requirement please contact us.

Returns

If within 7 Days of delivery you decide the products are not suitable, contact us and we will arrange collection and credit *. All we ask is you wrap the goods well to ensure they remain in 'as new' condition and that you cover the cost of transport.

* Excludes made-to-order / specially ordered in products, if in any doubt please ask.

Delivery / Lead Times

Around 79% of our products are available within 3-5 working days, some are available Next Day if ordered before Midday.
The availability referred to on product pages is intended for guidance only and is dependant on stock levels at time of order.
If you have urgent or specific delivery dates to meet, please contact us and we will do our best make it happen.

Warranty

All our products carry a minimum 12 months manufacturers warranty, some items have up to 5 years warranty, if you need specific warranty period please do not hesitate to ask us.
