Carriage / Delivery Information

• Free Delivery: - The price you see is the price you pay on all orders above £100 to UK mainland destinations (excluding HS, KW, ZE, IV, AB, DD, PH, PA, GY, JE, IM, BT and Eire).
  Unfortunately to ensure we continue to offer the best individual product prices, orders below £100 will incur a handling charge of £10.
• Please Note: Standard Delivery is usually made by Carrier Monday to Friday at ANYTIME between 8.30am and 5.30pm and is to the GROUND FLOOR only, we are unable to confirm a time for delivery, but we can usually confirm which day if you request this in advance.
• Saturday, Timed AM/PM or above Ground Floor deliveries are available but at extra cost, please contact us ASAP if this is required. 
• Remember - Someone Must  be there to sign for the parcels otherwise we / you will have no comeback on the carrier for failed or damaged deliveries and additional charges are normally made by carriers for redelivery.

• The Average / Normal Delivery Times referred to on our product pages are intended for guidance only and are usually the 'worst case' so as not to dissapoint.
  But they are also dependant on stock levels at the time of order, so if you have an urgent requirement please order ASAP and enter as much info as possible on the notes and we promise we will do our best to make it happen.

• Availability: - Around 75% of our products are available within 5 working days, some are available Next Day if ordered before Midday.
