How To Find ESE
From the South/West on A14 or M11
- If you are travelling from the South / West on the A14 or M11 travel East until you get to the A11, follow the signs to Norwich, via Cambridge, Newmarket and Thetford.
- When you get to the outskirts of Norwich on the A11 you will reach the A47 southern bypass with a big roundabout and petrol station / Travelodge on the left, travel straight over the roundabout.
- Continue towards Norwich on a small dual carriageway section (still A11) until it narrows to single lane with a bus lane. At the traffic lights/crossroads, go straight on to the next roundabout (outer ring road).
- Turn left onto the outer ring road (main Norwich ring road), sign posted to Dereham, Cromer, Norwich Airport, etc. Stay on the ring road, straight over three sets of traffic lights (excluding pedestrian lights) and one roundabout.
- At the next set of traffic lights (in the middle of a dual carriageway with a cemetery each side of the road), turn right, follow this road (Bowthorpe Road) to the crossroads at the bottom, turn right at lights into Dereham Road heading in towards the City Centre.
- The third road on the left is Northumberland Street, turn in and continue down Northumberland Street, straight over the only crossroads, then turn left into the yard immediately after the small area of wasteland and before the four new units on the road side.
- This is Wensum Works and we are straight ahead of you as you turn in.
From Ipswich on A140
- If you are travelling from Ipswich on the A140 follow the signs to Norwich then once you are at the roundabout for the A47 Southern Bypass on the outskirts of Norwich, turn left onto the A47 for one turning to the A11 junction, down the slip road and turn right at the roundabout towards Norwich and follow the directions above from point 3, above.
From the North or Midlands on A47 or A52/A17
- If you are travelling from the North or the Midlands on the A47 or A52 / A17, follow the signs to Norwich via Kings Lynn, Swaffham and Dereham.
- When you get to the outskirts of Norwich on the A47 you will see Longwater Retail Park on the left and a large industrial unit (Uniglaze 2) on the right along with signs to the Royal Norfolk Showground.
- Take this exit up the slip road, at the roundabout go straight towards Norwich (second exit), travel on this road over one large roundabout and two sets of traffic lights (excluding pedestrian ones) until you come to the 'outer ringroad' roundabout with allotments on your left and a Portakabin outlet on your right.
- Proceed straight over this roundabout and up the slight hill towards the City Centre, at the first set of traffic lights carry straight on and then follow directions above from point 6, above.
