These cards assist with the control of key movement.

In any workplace that has lots of different keys and sets of keys floating around, being able to figure out which colleague has a particular set of keys is important. The Key Location / Identification Cards are ideal for this. They can be placed in the key cabinet on the hook for a particular key; written on the card will be the name of the person who checked the key out and the date that they took it, as well as the key number and the expected date of return. This will save lots of searching when a particular key is needed and allow for the monitoring of colleagues who are late returning keys.

These key cards are available in packs of 250, 500 or 1000. Working environments with lots of different keys will find these large packs very useful as they will be used a great deal. It is also important to remember that insurance for businesses will demand that there is some form of monitoring in place for different sets of keys and this is a very simple system that will allow exactly that.

Getting the right system into place to monitor workplace keys does not have to be complicated. A simple system such as this should meet the requirements of both insurance companies and health and safety departments.

We want you to be entirely happy, if within 14 Days of delivery you decide the products are not suitable please contact us (please do not return without contacting ESE first). Goods must be in a resaleable condition and in their original packaging.

If you receive an item which is damaged or not in the condition you were expecting please contact us ASAP, this needs to be noted at time of the delivery and signed for as damaged with a call/email informing us within 24 hours of delivery. Please check deliveries carefully and do not sign for any goods as "unexamined" or "unchecked" as carriers will not be held liable for any damage subsequently discovered.

Business transactions will incur a 20% restocking charge and the goods will have to be returned at your expense, unused and wrapped securely in the original packaging and please be aware - Only products returned in 'as new condition' can be accepted and it may take up to 14 days for any refund to appear in your bank account.

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations will also apply if you are purchasing for home use with delivery to your home address.
