The Koolpak Instant Hot Pack has a number of applications, from soothing medical conditions to keeping food warm for an alfresco meal.
When an injury is ongoing and has lasted for around 48 hours or more, one of the most effective ways of treating the symptoms is through the application of heat. When you apply the hot pack to a painful area, the patient’s blood vessels are caused to open wider. This dilation encourages the flow of blood to the affected body part and initiates an instantly soothing sensation.
This pack is at an ideal temperate to apply healing and calming heat to an injury, without burning a patient’s skin or making them feel uncomfortably hot.
A second use for the Koolpak Instant Hot Pack is to keep food warm when you are on the go, but would still like to enjoy a hot meal. Some people may not enjoy the taste or quality of fast food, or they may not be within range of an outlet, but still prefer to have something warm for lunch. You can place a hot pack underneath or on top of your meal, to keep it warm.
This pack is both portable and convenient to use in any number of locations and, as such, it is ideal for paramedics, first aid personnel and sports coaches, as well as picnickers.

Standard deliveries are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm to the GROUND FLOOR or KERBSIDE only (unless previously agreed in writing).
We are unable to confirm exact delivery times, but we can usually confirm a day if you let us know in advance.
Saturday deliveries, timed AM or PM or above ground floor deliveries are available at extra cost.
Oversized products requiring a crane or hiab offload may incur an additional charge.

An authorised person must be present to sign for delivery.
Failed attempts may result in a return delivery charge.
A request to leave goods without signature is entirely at your own risk.
Please check your delivered goods carefully.
ESE Direct cannot accept claims for shortage or damage after goods have been signed for.
The only exception is proof of a carrier note that is marked as damaged.
We must also be notified in writing within 24 hours of the delivery.
Please do not sign for any goods as 'unexamined' or 'unchecked' as carriers will not accept liability for any subsequent damage.
Nobody is perfect, unfortunately damages & mistakes happen.
