Glide-along 4 Tread Mobile Safety Steps Complete With Handrails

While tall shelving and racking bays provide a significant amount of storage space they can leave objects stored on the higher levels out of reach unless employees have access to a ladder or mobile safety step. Our glide-along mobile safety steps are perfect for this kind of situation, these UK manufactured steps provide employees with an efficient, simply way of reaching higher shelf levels with ease.

The four tread mobile safety steps are manufactured with a fully welded steel frame which provides a rigid, durable foundation to which the sheet metal treads are added. For extra grip the treads and platform is fitted with a ribbed rubber layer and with a maximum load capacity of 120kg these steps are fit for purpose.

Each 4 tread safety step is also fitted with handrails which allow the user to stand completely upright when on the top tread while the handrails also help the user during their descent. 4 popular colours are available to choose from including Blue, Red, Green and Yellow. These workplace wonders are available in a selection of different height options, taller than these 4-tread steps are the 5-tread steps which offer a platform height of 1270mm. The next size down from these 4-tread steps are, yes, you guessed it, the 3-tread version, they bring in a platform height of 762mm. And the smallest offering in this collection are the 2-tread steps, these handy hop-ups provide a platform height of 508mm. Each of these steps are available in the same choice of colours.

Free UK mainland delivery on orders over £50 ex.VAT.

Orders under £50 ex.VAT - £5.95 delivery charge.

Postcode exceptions: HS, KW, ZE, IV, AB, DD, PH, PA, GY, JE, IM, BT, Isle of Anglesey, Isle of Wight and Eire.

Standard deliveries are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm to the GROUND FLOOR or KERBSIDE only (unless previously agreed in writing).
We are unable to confirm exact delivery times, but we can usually confirm a day if you let us know in advance.

Saturday deliveries, timed AM or PM or above ground floor deliveries are available at extra cost.
Oversized products requiring a crane or hiab offload may incur an additional charge.

At the time of delivery

An authorised person must be present to sign for delivery.
Failed attempts may result in a return delivery charge.
A request to leave goods without signature is entirely at your own risk.

Please check your delivered goods carefully.
ESE Direct cannot accept claims for shortage or damage after goods have been signed for.
The only exception is proof of a carrier note that is marked as damaged.
We must also be notified in writing within 24 hours of the delivery.
Please do not sign for any goods as 'unexamined' or 'unchecked' as carriers will not accept liability for any subsequent damage.
