Luke Palmer, a key member of ESE Direct’s customer service team has been awarded an OCR Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Customer Service.
Luke has worked hard to achieve this award, studying around fulfilling his customer service duties at ESE Direct. City College Norwich provided Luke with training and support throughout his studies towards gaining this qualification, providing on-site training at ESE Direct’s office.
“We’re proud of Luke for achieving his customer service qualification. Delivering a high level of customer service is important to us at ESE Direct.” said ESE Direct’s Managing Director Simon Francis.
