2700mm wide bays of pallet racking
Efficient use of floorspace is essential for maximum economy in a warehouse or workshop as sufficient space must be available for the safe manoeuvrability of fork-lift trucks, and storage of pallets must allow easy access. Both galvanised metal and timber decking can be used for shelf storage when pallets are not being used.
This range of six starter kits and six extension kits with a maximum height of 6000mm gives a pallet stacking capacity of ten pallets per kit, using the floor as the first level, and the large range of sizes allows flexibility in planning your floor layout. All installation fittings are included in the starter kits. The extension kits have 1 frame and the other end of the shelf beams locate into uprights of the starter bay frame.
Racking beam heights are adjustable. The 900 mm deep bays can accept two pallets of 1200 mm wide x 1000 mm deep with 100 mm clearance at the side of each pallet, and the maximum weight of each pallet should not exceed 1000kg, giving a bay capacity of up to 2000 kg. The 1100 mm deep bays can accept two pallets 1200mm wide x 1200mm deep also with a maximum load capacity of 2000 kg, giving 100mm clearance at the side of each pallet. The uprights are finished in a durable graphite grey and the beams in a highly visible orange yellow (RAL 2000).
Matching pallet racking bays 2250mm wide are also available.
* Number of pallets stored calculated by also using the floor as the first level
