Carriage / Delivery Information
Free Delivery - the price and lead time you see is to UK mainland destinations (excluding EH, FK, G, HS, KA, KW, KY, ZE, IV, ML, AB, DD, DG, PH, PA, TD, TR, GY, JE, BT, Isle of Anglesey, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Eire) with the exception of bulky products requiring a crane or hiab offload which if required may be charged for.
To ensure we offer the best individual product prices, orders below £45 excluding VAT will incur a charge of £4.50 (automatically applied to your basket until carriage paid limit reached).
ESE Direct Returns Policy
We want you to be entirely happy, if within 14 Days of delivery
you decide the products are not suitable please contact us (please do not return without contacting ESE first). Goods must be in a resaleable condition and in their original packaging.
If you receive an item which is damaged or not in the condition you were expecting please contact us ASAP, this needs to be noted at time of the delivery and signed for as damaged with a call/email informing us within 24 hours of delivery. Please check deliveries carefully and do not sign for any goods as "unexamined" or "unchecked" as carriers will not be held liable for any damage subsequently discovered.
Business transactions will incur a 20% restocking charge and the goods will have to be returned at your expense, unused and wrapped securely in the original packaging and please be aware - Only products returned in 'as new condition' can be accepted and it may take up to 14 days for any refund to appear in your bank account.
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations
will also apply if you are purchasing for home use with delivery to your home address.
